This is the story of a journey built on decades of experience, a journey that started between the Sinni and Agri rivers and expended throughout the peninsula.
A land rich in ancient memories and cultural heritage dating back to the settlements of Magna Grecia; but a place which – like most of southern Italy – at the time suffered from an absence of entrepreneurial activity and therefore of economic resources.
While still a teenager, Mauro Fagnano was employed as a driver of machinery in an aggregates manufacturing plant in Agro in Tursi, where he immediately displayed an uncommon talent for business. At the young age of 25, he was appointed at CEO of Sinnica Calcestruzzi, a producer of aggregates for the manufacture of concrete.
